1943. Argentina is officially neutral, but crawling with every type of spy. OSS Chief Wild Bill Donovan asks Cletus Frade to set up his 'official-but-really-OSS' airline in Argentina with loaned aircraft from the US. Woven into this are two German operations in which the OSS are more than interested.
