This book celebrates Scotland's Urban Past, which was a five-year National Lottery Heritage Funded programme supporting communities across Scotland to record, research, celebrate and share the places that matter most to them. From 2014-2019, sixty community groups took part in the programme. This included Aberdeen Women's Alliance, Westhill Academy, Albury Sports Centre, Torry Memories and Heritage Society and Stonehaven Home Educators. The work of these groups is briefly described.
