Biography/History:
Helen Costello is an experienced teacher of EFL and ESOL at all levels in both the UK and abroad. She is the internal invigilator for City & Guilds and is a test supervisor for the Home Office Life in the UK test. Working with a diverse range of learners over a considerable number of years has helped her develop a sense of the language needs specific to new workers into the UK. As such she has all the pedagogical expertise to write this course.
